1. 14-Day Return Period

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery

- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear

3. How to Return an Item

- Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, or use appropriate packaging to prevent damage
- Include Documentation: Include the RA number, order number, and reason for return
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item was defective or incorrect
- The return is due to our error
- The item arrived damaged
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Process a full refund including original shipping costs
- Offer a replacement if available
- Resolve the issue as quickly as possible
8. Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right applies to all items except those listed as non-returnable.
